A new Sony A230 meant a new learning experience. Having used Canon and Nikon SLR cameras in the "film" days does not really get you ready the quality work on a DSLR. This book does!An easy writing style, and the good linking of e-book style, with clear illustrations, made this a good read and a fine reference book to have handy. His work would be helpful not only for the Sony, but for any other quality camera to which he turns his attention. This is a great bargain.
